Deadly Diversion

I recently received a copy of Deadly Diversion by Eleanor Sullivan in the mail. It is the second book by Mrs. Sullivan that features Monika Everhardt, RN. She is an ICU nurse with an attitude, a past (?), and the ability to solve crime while dealing with real world issues that most in the medical community can relate to. I generaly stay away from books that remind me of work, but am enjoying reading about the things I see on a regular basis as seen by a fictional character.

Obviously I'm not finished with the book yet, but I thought I'd let those of you who like to read know that there is a new kid on the block writing medical mystery through the eyes of a ICU nurse. Hope the book continues to remind me of the real world while taking me away from it at the same time.
