If this was one of your patients, you'd be on the phone with your attorney right now trying to figure out if he could sue you since you provided the oxygen tank he used to catch himself on fire.

I actually posted a nursing student story about a woman who was on oxygen and lite a cigarette. The house blew up killing her husband. The way our "system" works, she could probably sue the oxygen company because she blew her husband up. Yes...stupid people! J.R. (Top of My Head)
He will probably write a book and end up on Dr. Phil and Oprah as a tramatically destroyed person.
